Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from 01st April, 2024. The trading window would be opened after expiry of 48 hrs after the date on which Audited Financial Results for the year end 31st March, 2024 is declared.
