Notice is being hereby given that in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the company has intimated to all its Directors, Key Management Personnel and Designated Employees regarding the closure of Trading Window of the Company from 01.07.2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
