RAMSONS PROJECTS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated persons shall remain closed w.e.f. the closure of business hours of Monday, September 30, 2024, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024. The date of Board meeting for consideration and adoption of the un-audited financial results for the said period shall be intimated separately in due course.
