Dear Sir/ Ma''am, We wish to inform that in terms of code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/2019-20, dated 02nd April 2019, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from the 17th March 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours from the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on the 20th March 2025 at shorter notice.
