With reference to the earlier letter dated September 08, 2015 for calling Board Meeting to consider the matter regarding giving effect to the Sale/ transfer of Power Units of Rana Sugars Limited situated in Uttar Pradesh to Rana Energy Limited and Rana Green Power Limited.<BR><BR>Rana Sugars Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board did not consider the matter and deferred the same.
