Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2014 (Q3) as reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, Trading window will remain closed from January 15, 2015 to January 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the provisions of the Company's Code for Prevention for Insider Trading.
