Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of the securities and exchange board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the company for all the directors, designated persons, designated employees, specified person and their immediate relatives will remain closed from October 01, 2023 until completion of 48 hours after the communication of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2023 to the stock exchange.
