The Meeting of the Board of Directors has been rescheduled to be held on February 08, 2024 instead of February 12, 2024 as announced earlier. Further, in accordance with the Rane''s Insider Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the ''Trading window'' would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, Other connected persons and designated employees of the Company till February 12, 2024 for the said purpose.
