Rane (Madras) Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive information, the 'Trading Window would remain closed for promoters, directors, other Connected Persons and designated employees of the Company from June 10, 2015 to August 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2015.
