RAPID INVESTMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Board of Directors meeting which was to be held on 14.08.2024 at 3:00 p.m. for the declaration of the Audited financial results was adjourned as the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 30.06.2024 alongwith the Independent audit report from the auditors were not ready and the auditors needed more time. The adjourned meeting is now rescheduled and will be held on Friday, 16th August, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Corporate Office of the Company at 107, Turf Estate, Off. Dr. Moses Road, Shakti Mill Lane, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai - 400011 to consider and adopt the following: 1.
