Ras Propack Lamipack Ltd has informed BSE that the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), New Delhi, has to its hearing held on May 10, 2012, have approved Modified Draft Rehabilitation Scheme including the Scheme of Merger of Ras Propack Lamipack Ltd., with Essel Propack Ltd.
