Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on May 28, 2015.The directors / officers / designated employees are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares during the aforesaid period.
