Dear Sir / Ma'am, This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and subject to the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in their meeting held on June 09, 2022 has approved the grant of total 2,050,000 SAR Units under 'RateGain - Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) Scheme - 2022' (SAR-2022) as per the details attached.
