Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended and clarification issued by BSE vide its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from January 01, 2021 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
