RATNAMANI METALS & TUBES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading by the Designated Persons of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023 to till the conclusion of the 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) to the public for the third quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2022. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2022 will be intimated in due course of time.
