In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 1, 2022 in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and it shall open 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2022. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of the audited financial results for the financial year ending on March 31, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
