RattanIndia Power Ltd has informed BSE that Power Finance Corporation Limited has replaced Mr. D. Ravi, its nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) with Mr. Pranab Kumar Sinha, who has accordingly been inducted on the Board.
