The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, the 12th Day of August 2022 have inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June 2022, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, along with the Limited Review Report thereon. These results have been duly approved and recommended by the members of the Audit Committee of the Company.
