Ravindra Energy Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company''s Code of Conduct, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from the quarter ending March 31, 2023 up to the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration/publication of the financial results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2023. The date of Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2023 will be intimated to the exchange in due course.
