Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that with the revised Clause 49 (II) B 2a of the Listing Agreement (effective October 1, 2014), which places restrictions on the number of directorships that an individual can serve as Independent Director in listed companies, Shri. Shailesh V. Haribhakti, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
