Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 21, 2015 to October 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
