RBZ Jewellers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to captioned subject, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th August 2024 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended as on June 30, 2024, and to take on record Audit Report thereon. We further inform that, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which was already closed from 01st July 2024 in terms of our earlier notice dated 29th June, 2024 related to Closure of the Trading Window, shall accordingly now remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended as on 30th June, 2024.
