The Company has made all the necessary disclosures of the events pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from time to time and has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion would have a bearing on the price/movement. Therefore, the movement in Company''s share price is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven.
