This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 27th May, 2024, has inter alia, considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024, together with the Auditors Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company and the same is enclosed herewith as Annexure 1. The meeting commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 5.30 P.M.
