READYMADE STEEL INDIA LTD. - Revised Shareholding Pattern For March 31, 2014

With reference to earlier announcement dated April 18, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern for March 31, 2014, Readymade Steel India Ltd has now informed BSE that in the shareholding pattern for Quarter ended March 31, 2014 submitted to BSE, the Company have inadvertently mentioned incorrect figure in main page column F for outstanding warrants (i.e.) 27,00,000 lacs instead of 23,00,000 lacs.<br/><br/>Also in sub schedule (I)(c)(i), Hrishita Investments Advisory Pvt Ltd holding 3,00,000 warrants has been added.<br/><br/>Accordingly the Company has submitted to BSE the revised figures.
