Real Eco-Energy Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and as per BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window shall remain close from Saturday, i.e. 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2022.
