REAL STRIPS LTD. - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Approval of Resolution plan by Tribunal

This is to inform that the resolution plan submitted by Resolution Applicant i.e Raajratna Metals Industries Limited ("RA" or "RMIL) has been approved by the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT") Ahmedabad bench vide its order dated 04.01.2022 (order received on 05.01.2022) under Section 31 of the Insolvency Code. The RA has proposed to delist the equity shares of Corporate Debtor ("CD") i.e Real Strips Limited from the stock exchange i.e BSE Limited and further to amalgamate the Real Strips Limited with Raajratna Metal Industries Limited
