This is to inform you that the Company is closing its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by the Promoters, Directors, KMPs and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, October 1st 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024. Pursuant to the provisions of the clause 4(2) of Schedule B read with regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting in connection with publishing its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 will be announced in due course.
