This has reference to our letter dated 29th July 2017 on de-classifying of Harrow Investment Holding Limited ('HIHL'), Mauritius as promoter of the Company.<BR> <BR> In connection to the above, we wish to inform that BSE limited vide its letter dated 5th September 2017 approved the application made by the Company for de-classifying the promoter Status of HIHL.<BR>
