Redington (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2016, have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Raghunandan as a Whole-Time Director for a further period of one year with effect from March 01, 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
