Refex Industries Limited - Intimation Of Incorporation Of Subsidiary Refex Green Mobility Limited Under Refex Industries Limited

This is in reference to our Intimation dated 02nd March, 2023 relating to the Incorporation of a Subsidiary of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby wish to inform that, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved incorporation of the Subsidiary of the Company in the name of 'Refex Green Mobility Limited' on March 14, 2023. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same.
