Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, i.e., on May 22, 2024, has approved acquisition of 100% equity stake in Refex Sustainable Solutions Private Limited, a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary (through Refex Green Power Limited, a WOS), thereby, making it a direct wholly-owned subsidiary company.
