RELAXO FOOTWEARS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Policy for prevention of insider trading of the Company, 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ending 30th June, 2022 are made public. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to you in due course.
