Mr. Abdul Tahir, one of the non-executive independent director has been released from the directorship of the company on his resignation due to "certain change in circumstance of personal nature" effective from 27th October, 2020 and in his place Mr. P Gopinath has been inducted from the said effect. <BR> Besides, Mr. Rajendra Malpani, one of the whole-time director holding office of CFO of the company has been released effective from 27-10-2020 on account of his resignation due to "certain personal reasons".
