EXTENSION IN TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF QUARTERLY ACCOUNTS TO BSE FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 30TH SEPT., 2017<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> Since the Auditor reqired more time to prepara INd_AS complied accounts of the company for the quarter ended 30th Sept., 2017, the company has chosen to avail of the time extension granted SEBI for approval and submision of account to the BSE vide its Circular No.CIR/CFD/SAC/62/2016 dated 5th day of July, 2016. accordingly, the said accounts of the companys shall be placed on the record of BSE on or before the 14th day of December, 2017. This may plese be taken on record.
