Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2014, inter ails, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended<br/>December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the Reliance Broadcast Network Limited Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of January 31, 2014 to closure of business hours of February 09, 2014.
