We wish to inform you that the adjourned 43rd (Forty third) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company on May 5, 2023, was duly convened and conducted on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. in Mumbai. At the aforesaid meeting, the Administrator of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, status & the way forward of CIRP process in terms of the activities / milestones as stipulated under the Code.
