Reliance Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 8.50 (85%) per share on fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each.<br/><br/>The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared by the Members at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be credited / dispatched to the members after the Annual General Meeting.
