Reliance Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE) has reaffirmed the long<BR>term facility rating as A- and reaffirmed the short term debt issue rating as A2+. CARE has also assigned A2+ rating for short term non-fund based facilities of the Company.
