RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD. - Reliance Communications Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from Reliance Communications Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Mint on May 20, 2015 titled "Reliance Communications tower sale said to draw ATC"<BR> <BR>Reliance Communications Ltd replied stating "The Company had informed the stock exchange vide its letter dated 06.05.2015 that Company has invited certain Investment Banks to make proposals for running a process to monetise the valuable tower and fiber assets held in its subsidiary, Reliance Infratel Limited within the current financial year.<BR> <BR>We wish to state that there is no change in the aforesaid status, and Company remains engaged in such discussions.<BR> <BR>The Company will make further disclosures, as and when these developments lead to a disclosable event."
