Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider augmenting long term resources by issue of equity shares by way of Rights Issue.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from April 19, 2016 to April 24, 2016 (both days inclusive).
