Please note that Smt. Sindhu Menon shall cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours of July 18, 2024. A copy of letter received from Smt. Sindhu Menon is attached along with the intimation. The Board of Directors of the Company, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held today, i.e. on July 18, 2024, has appointed Shri Praveen Baser as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 19, 2024.
