Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Sridhar Kothandaraman has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 01, 2014 in place of Shri N. Shanker who has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company consequent to his superannuation from the services of the Company from the close of business hours on September 30, 2014.
