The Exchange has sought clarification from Reliance Infrastructure Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Mint on October 01, 2015 titled "R-Infra looking for investor of cement and road business". Wherein it is observed that in the "Proceedings of the 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2015", submitted by the company, does not mention about the company looking for investor for cement and road business.<BR><BR>The reply is awaited.
