Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Reliance Infrastructure Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and designated employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of August 04, 2015 to the closure of business hours of August 14, 2015.
