Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Monitoring Committee has appointed Mr. Rishi Chopra, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company being Key Managerial Personnel in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder with effect from February 3, 2023.
