Reliance Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (both stand-alone and consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the "Reliance Power Limited Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of October 24, 2015 to the closure of business hours of November 05, 2015.
