Sub: Submission of revised Annual Report of the financial year 2023-24 Ref: Revised intimation under Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 In continuation to our earlier letter Ref No RHFL/SE/21/2024-25 dated 9th July, 2024, we hereby submit the revised Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 with the updated Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-SEC-2/P/CIR/2023/122 dated 12th July, 2023. There is no other change in the annual report. We request you to kindly consider and take the revised annual report copy on record. We are also arranging to share the revised copy of annual report with the shareholders.
