REPRO INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading Window has been closed for all the Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons from January 01, 2024 for publication of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the said financial results are declared and submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
