Resgen Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

The Trading window for trading (Buy/Sell) in securities of the Company by Designated Persons of the Company and their relatives shall remain closed w.e.f.1st April, 2024 and will re-open after the completion of 48 hours from the publication of financial results of the Company for the half and year ended 31st March, 2024 by the Board of Directors of the Company.The date of Board Meeting for consideration, approval and declaration of Financial results for the half year ended 31st March, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
